Why did you remove sudo with doas?

By default OpenBSD haven't sudo. You should use doas on OpenBSD.
Using doas for OpenBSD tuning doc is better idea than sudo.

doas on OpenBSD

https://www.openbsdhandbook.com/system_management/privileges/#doas
From docs:
The doas tool is the OpenBSD implementation of the well known sudo tool. It allows regular users to run commands as another user but in practise will mostly be used to run commands as the root user.
