I can download a 90 MB file hosted on the same machine as the sbws server from the machine running the sbws client at 7.22 MB/s. That's 56 Mbps. No Tor. Just an HTTP request.
As you can see in this graph, sbws can't seem to measure any relay after than about 1600 KB. At this time, the bwauths measure my helper exit to have a bw of about 1600. consensus health (huge page).
Neither the sbws client or server process use more than about 1% CPU. Their Tor processes also don't get anywhere close to max CPU.
