This PR adds Russian as one of the possible languages to select
I translated the main page to Russian as well as all the guide sections. If you accept pr - my plan is to gradually resolve the challenges and then translate them into Russian. It won't be fast but step by step progress will be made. If something changes in the main text - please write to me, I will try to correct the translation.
