So the main reason for that was a desire to add proper way to work with
noImplicitOverride(#139) andnoUncheckedIndexedAccess(#604), but later I realized that it's not good to merge ported code and a new code in one PR.I'm pretty sure that work that I've done is useless (maybe you have 3.x code), but it was quite a fun one-evening ride for me. 🙂
