Another pre-release that addresses some build issues seen in NetBSD pkgsrc.

JTTB-0.5

This is a pre-release ... the core of the interpreter is mostly complete, but documentation is lacking. But having a tag makes it easier for it to be packaged up for people to play with, so, viola, a tag!
