How do I get set up?

1. Make sure Python 3.8 is installed.
2. Clone the repository.
3. Open a terminal or command prompt in the clone repo, and run:

pip install pipenv
pipenv install

4. Create a Discord Bot Application and add it to your server.
5. Create an environment variable called BASCOBOTTOKEN (this can be changed in the bot.py file), and set it to the discord bot's token.
6. Run pipenv run python bot.py to start the bot.
