Light Grouping

Added options to both the boblight client library, and the interface to allow grouping of lights. This means easier mass management. Also adds the potential for saving configurations.

Initial Release

Basic static boblight client. Supports changing colors of individual or arrays of lights, setting the speed, and setting the use of lights. Includes test GUI.
