About The Pull Request
There's no need to check for randomizer on someone running locally, this was kicking me out when DB was on locally because this proc wants to open a new window down the line, which you can't do when debugging via dreamseeker obv
The real admin ranks we use on the server might be useful for testing locally, since you can use the actual perms roles have
Why It's Good For The Game
Making testing with a local db less painful is pretty nice
