About The Pull Request

per title, to kill you it deals oxy, robots have it innate cus they're not supposed to crit

Yes you wont get crit dragged but you dont get the crit-then-get-back-up grace either and need to be defibbed more often

May be busted we'll see in tm

Also fixed supersoldier_stims being supersolder_stims
