Just discovered that the footnote links aren't working correctly! gonna try to figure out what's wrong |
* Add description of context in which the resource was produced. * Edit out the footnotes, which I didn't manage to fix yet, to old-school notes, and list the information in an annex (similar to in the original document provided). * Change some formatting, e.g. for some subheadings and quotes.
In this PR: - New shortcode "we-are-not-lawyers". I discovered they have localised verisons which is kinda nice - Updating to support hugo v0.146.0 - Moves `layouts/partials` to `layouts/_partials` - Moves `layouts/shortcodes` to `layouts/_shortcodes` - Remove superfluous `partials/` when including a partial. Apparently this was supported on earlier versions already. - Extract the inline shortcode into a real shortcode. Apparenty nesting shortcodes i not allowed in inline shortcodes, which I suspected would break here: https://gohugo.io/content-management/shortcodes/#inline

One more clarification: Completely agree with the point that it might not be wisest to print the full legal articles, as they might change and our resource would become outdated -- which we wouldn't want. Nonetheless decided to keep them in there, as the author of the report had also used boldface etc. to highlight certain elements of the law, which the readers wouldn't find in the original legal text. Added a disclaimer to urge people to double check the actual legal text. |
This change adds a new resource on protections in Dutch labour law for workplace actions. Specifically, it adds:
The text is taken from a PDF provided by workers, who got it from a labour lawyer -- will share on Slack.
