We are doing GC and store optimise outside of ansible at the end of nix-provision.sh and qemu-bootstrap-nix.sh so no need to do it here.
One task/command is easier to follow/understand than 3 over 2 files.
Don't need sudo -u postgres just to get the paths and no need to source nix-daemon.sh explicitly.
