Globalnet uses only UBI packages (public, no subscription required), enabling builds on all architectures. Fix containerfile reference in rpms.in.yaml (was pointing to route-agent). Signed-off-by: Daniel Farrell <[email protected]>

Replace hardcoded certificate IDs with wildcards in repo files. This allows any developer with valid Red Hat entitlements to run the lockfile update script, rather than requiring a specific cert ID. Signed-off-by: Daniel Farrell <[email protected]>
