Manage Wiki View Page Permission¶ ↑

Install¶ ↑

• Copy manage_wiki_view_page_permission plugin to {RAILS_APP}/plugins on your redmine path

• Run rake redmine:plugins NAME=manage_wiki_view_page_permission RAILS_ENV=production

Uninstall¶ ↑

• rake redmine:plugins NAME=manage_wiki_view_page_permission RAILS_ENV=production

• rm -r plugins/manage_wiki_view_page_permission

Requirements¶ ↑

• Redmine 2.2.4.stable and above

How to use¶ ↑

• Need to create a role without permission “View protected pages” under wiki section and assign it to User “A”

• Also need to create a role with permission “View protected pages” and “Protect wiki pages” under wiki section and assigned it to User “B”

• Now user “B” can protect wiki pages by clicking on lock button and protected pages will not accessible to user “A” (will redirect to 403).
