New script: Autosave Restore

Added a new script, Autosave Restore, that checks for autosaves that are newer than the last save, to help you recover when AE crashes.
In-n-out version 2.0 is in beta, after receiving a lot of work.

On a PC that's at C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2021\Support Files\Scripts\Startup
On a Mac that's /Applications/Adobe After Effects version/Scripts/Startup
