Transactions on a disabled network disappear from Activity tab after re-login

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Perform a transaction on Network A (e.g., Arbitrum).
2. Go to Settings and disable Network A.
3. Log out of the app.
4. Log back in and check the Activity tab.

Actual Result:

Transactions related to disabled networks are no longer visible in the Activity tab after re-login.

Expected Result:

Potential solutions:

• All transactions — including those from disabled networks — should still appear in the Activity tab.
  OR
• All disabled networks should disappear without a re-login
