Was mostly working but annotations for job disappeared until something (dashboard reloaded? grafana restarted? have to find in notes). |

Gets rid of annoying caution triangles and will allow upgrade of grafana.
Also adds the slurm jobs dashboard to the grafana homepage so it is easier to find.
