- Changes the README to provide a complete quickstart guide
- Adds an initial configuration guide
- Uses the skeleton TF to deploy a complete working group_vars in the environment, rather than having to fill in a random selection of vars yourself. Fixes Open Ondemand defaults #210 - NB: openondemand is now NOT in the everything template so is added by TF.
