add CI/CD to deploy to aws on merge to main
add CI to test build on each commit

Just as a confirmation: when the static built site is uploaded to S3, we have everything in place to render the website, it's what we are seeing in the test URL you shared on Discord, right?

Yes exactly, what you saw on that link is what this pipeline created.
