This is an effort to reverse-engineer, document and hopefully ultimately improve the Master Series Cock Shock sex toy (called "Remote CBT Electric Cock Ring" on the manufacturer's website, "Remote CBT trainer" on the package). 

Essentially, the Cock Shock is just a rebranded, repackaged dog shock collar with the collar band replaced by a shorter strip that better fits male genitals.

There is another project (https://github.com/spth/cockshock2), which is currently more advanced and a more practical option, that uses a dog shock collar with adjustable intensity as the base.
