It's really annoying having verbs mispredict, because it makes them move around.
So here is a full list of all GetVerbsEvent subscriptions that need prediction.
Ideally these get resolved by also predicting the verb's Act, but in cases where that is not possible (for example power code) it can instead call a virtual method with a server-side override.
