I thought making PDA app would be cool, but then I remembered the criminal records console is a thing.I wanted a quality of life feature (print charges/comitted crimes) but it happend that criminals records computer could be used for this, so QoL (PDA app) is mostly warden to use - not that anyone else besides them would benefit from it.
I may have missed things in the doc, but the general idea (I hope) is there.
