v1.4.0 – Add support for deck and tag overrides

New features

• You can now specify deck and tags properties on the remember* macros to specify what deck and tags they should have; this overrides the deck and tag mapping tiddlers. This is useful in some cases where you're dynamically generating notes and may not have access to the relevant context within the mapping tiddler filters.

Other changes

• Add $:/tags/Global to the TiddlyRemember parsing template so macros/procedures/functions that might be required to create all TiddlyRemember calls or formatted text are available when syncing.
• TiddlyRemember now supports only Qt 6 and Anki > 25.02.
