修改src/CMakeLists.txt，便于可以在其他工程里通过add_subdirectory添加mockcpp，可以实现在用户的工程里编译ut的时候直接编译mockcpp，而不是一定要事先编译，安装mockcpp

修改后，当前的构建脚本还能把mockcpp构建出来吗？比如 build.ps1, build.sh, build_install.ps1, build_install.sh
