使用Mediapipe分析動作

MediaPipe 是 Google Research 所開發的多媒體機器學習模型應用框架,透過 MediaPipe,可以簡單地實現手部追蹤、人臉檢測或物體檢測等功能,這篇教學將會介紹如何使用 MediaPipe。

如果使用 Python 語言進行開發,MediaPipe 支援下列幾種辨識功能:

MediaPipe Face Detection ( 人臉追蹤 ) MediaPipe Face Mesh ( 人臉網格 ) MediaPipe Hands ( 手掌偵測 ) MediaPipe Holistic ( 全身偵測 ) MediaPipe Pose ( 姿勢偵測 ) MediaPipe Objectron ( 物體偵測 ) MediaPipe Selfie Segmentation ( 人物去背 )

本次教學將會著重在姿勢偵測、全身偵測及人臉網格。

安裝能夠執行Mediapipe的Python環境

打開網址: https://www.anaconda.com/download 點選Download即會自動下載,安裝完成後打開.exe檔開始安裝。 安裝完成後,從電腦左下角的地方搜尋Jupyter Notebook並開啟。 會跳出一個黑色視窗並開啟一個網頁 若成功進入到網頁中,代表環境開啟成功。

開啟一個新的專案

點選右邊的new後會有一個Pyhton3並點選。 若進入此畫面代表專案開啟成功。

並點選綠色code按鈕,選取 Download ZIP:

下載完成後請解壓縮檔案至C:\User\users

注意:每台電腦User存放位置不同,若有問題請舉手提問。

測試Mediapipe是否能夠正常執行

請打開Jupyter notebook並進入到剛剛解壓縮的資料夾,名稱為Warm-Up_Exercise_Detection_System_based_on_LSTM_and_Mediapipe-main再進到detect資料夾中開啟一個新的專案,並先執行:

!pip install tensorflow

並等待執行完成,執行完成後接續執行:

import 為Python 載入套件的基本語法,執行後Jupyter notebook會將所需套件載入至環境中。 執行完成後執行:

如何提取骨架做角度運算

以使用Pose(姿勢預測)為例,則會顯示出33個點,其點Index如下圖: 而每個點之座標格式如下:

x: 0.25341567397117615
y: 0.71121746301651
z: -0.03244325891137123

由上可知,Mediapipe能夠預測出三維的向量,代表Mediapipe有偵測出空間向量的能力。

程式碼講解

而要計算出骨架的角度,則需選出連接之三個點,並透過這三個點來做角度運算,其程式碼範例如下:

get_knee_angle函式中,先呼叫了get_landmark函式,並傳回一個陣列中包含的該位置的x,y,z座標,並求出要運算之三點座標後,呼叫calc_angles函式來運算角度,在calc_angles函式中,使用arctan2()函式來進行運算,其得到之值為兩點之弧度,而求出兩個弧度後再作相減,再乘以pi,即可得到三點連線之角度。

透過計算角度判斷目前姿勢

目前mediapipe主流為透過骨架之角度來判斷人體目前的狀態動作,而本次將以小腿拉伸作為範例。 本次教學參考Youtube上小腿拉伸影片,並擷取骨架來使用,透過影片可以看到要達到小腿拉伸的正確動作必須要為其中一支腳為115度至140度,另外一隻腳為160度至180度,因此將此做為判斷標準,只要有達到螢幕上就會顯示綠燈,並開始倒數30秒。
