extensions: enable fixed extensions

For no obvious reason it fixes CLX for CCL when loaded from custom
locations. Previously when we tried to open display, and CLX was loaded from
somewhere else than quicklisp/software directory (even if the source was the
same!) it did hang on wait-for-input.
