package.json missing !

I ran npm i and it crashed. Realised that package.json is missing.

as it is an old project I forgot to add package.json

add it .

I will add package.json but it won't have any dependencies so it will be useless. If you have node_modules folder in your local repo push it on the remote I will try to recover package.json
