As the OSXFUSE version of FUSE is v2, add the same call to `target_compile_definitions` in the check for `APPLE` as for the check against `USE_FUSE2` when `APPLE` isn't defined
With the change of project from OSXFUSE to macFUSE, the header and library paths have changed, so update the CMake configuration to handle both, and to properly error out if neither are found under macOS

This builds on, and includes, #134 to handle the migration of OSXFUSE to macFUSE, as it installs the headers and libraries in different locations. It also checks whether either of the packages are installed, and errors out if neither are.
