S1TBX 9.0.2 update

This updated solves issues in handling RCM CP data and updates the StriX reader:

[SITBX-932] Synspective StriX look direction
[SITBX-929] RCM MLC calibration result could be wrong
[SITBX-931] ALOS-2 incidence angle is missing in the abstracted metadata
