I've managed to find pandas-numpy-scipy version combination, that allows to build pysad for python 3.9-3.12. Unfortunately, there is no numpy version, that supports python 3.8 and 3.12 simultaneously, so I propose to discard python 3.8 support in favor of the more recent version. |

I've updated NumPy and SciPy versions so pysad could be installed in python 3.12 (default on Ubuntu 24.10) #10
