Add RECEVIER_NOT_EXPORTED when registering the broadcast receiver used to catch the intent from the OneTrust SDK.
NOTE:
Although reported as a crash. I could NOT reproduce the crash when testing with an emulator on the latest Android 16 (API 36)
This was still a good thing to update, however, so I went along with the update.
