• added tail command
• Tweaks to comments and message text
• Merge pull request Installation process #1 from steve-scalyr/patch-1
• added -n option, made messageonly the default, and handling CTRL-C
  more nicely
• updated documentation for -n
• make sure message exists before stripping it
