Scala requires JDK for running on the JVM. は私の感覚だと違和感あります。You need to previously install JDK because Scala runs on the JVM. とかどうでしょう？

preiouslyは違う気がしますがそんな感じにしてみます。この2文を合わせて Make sure to have the JDK installed because Scala runs on the JVM. で良いでしょうか？
