This PR adds the new ScalarDB SQL and ScalarDB GraphQL overview pages to the sidebar navigation. These pages have been added are applied across multiple versions of the sidebar navigation.

Additions to ScalarDB SQL and ScalarDB GraphQL overview pages

• Added "Overview" entries for the SQL interface in both English and Japanese sections of sidebars.js. [1] [2]
• Added "Overview" entries for the GraphQL interface in both English and Japanese sections of sidebars.js. [1] [2]
• Applied the same updates to sidebar versions 3.13 and 3.14. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]

Fixes to encryption documentation in the sidebar navigation

• Moved misplaced entries for "Encrypt Data at Rest" and "Encrypt Wire Communications" in both the English and Japanese sections of versioned_sidebars/version-3.14-sidebars.json. [1] [2] [3] [4]
