Neovim scrolling behaviour kinda clanky and bad for user experience.

There are different plugins that provide good scroll experience:

  1. cinnamon.nvim
  2. neoscroll.nvim

I choose neoscroll for this one. The latest commit is recent and the scrolling is decent compare to cinnamon.

Neoscroll works now on default scroll keymaps but it doesn't support aerial.
