Changed to reduce click when proper note IDs are not provided from DAW. This change only affects the use of plugins on Bitwig, Live, and REAPER. Possibly on Studio One too.
Following plugins are affected:
- ClangSynth
- CollidingCombSynth
- CubicPadSynth
- EnvelopedSine
- IterativeSinCluster
- LightPadSynth
- SyncSawSynth
