Hello, I hope this finds you well.

I found it strange that Cardano is missing from this newsletter, I propose to change that.
I will relay this PR to the TxPipe (Cardano Rust developer community) discord server and hope a subject matter expert will react or comment to this PR.

Thanks for the suggestions of all these projects in Cardano ecosystem that I was not aware of.

As of now I am not sure how or if we want to integrate these into the newsletter - the comparable Bitcoin and Ethereum sections have not been beneficial to the newsletter; mostly just made it bigger and harder to maintain, so we're probably not going to do the same with Cardano.

In the meantime I have made all these projects the spotlight for this month. You'll get a thanks in the newsletter @aleeusgr for the contribution.

I'm going to leave this pr open for a bit and reconsider it next month.
