CRAN Team suggested I should review the dependency
taxize. The issue was around conditonal usage of this Suggested package. While reviewing, I found thattaxize::tpl_get()is used indb_download_tpl(), which means the package should be Imported. This PR movestaxizefrom Suggests to Imports, which I think will also resolve the issue from CRAN Team.
