NickChange
- Change nickname of specified user if definition files are present
Say
- Have the bot say something in the current channel, a specified channel, into a new message, into an existing message, as the main bot or as a specified visage if definition files are present
  - channel is specified channel, else use channel that command is being run in
  - message is bare text to use (Modes: Say)
  - source-message is an already-posted message to use as source material (Modes: Clone, Edit)
  - destination-message is an already-posted message by the bot or visage that is to be edited (Modes: Clone, Edit)
