Nnnn instance data converters part 3

there are three changes in this PR: - all converters now can expose their properties as bindable (comments in PR) - data_converter_range_mapper_values.json has been removed and merged with data_converter_range_mapper.json. - - data_converter_operation_viewmodel has been disabled. I didn't remove it yet because some demos are using it. But I will in a couple of weeks. the second and third point are possible thanks to the first one Diffs= 1a8c162151 Nnnn instance data converters part 3 (#8726)
