Snap verycomplexgrad gm stops to pixel boundaries

There are enough stops here that the gm was a game of rasterizer-roulette. Snap all the stops to pixel boundaries so no rasterizer should have a question of which geometry the pixel center belongs to. Diffs= 0664f994df Snap verycomplexgrad gm stops to pixel boundaries (#8685)
