Elastic easing

Adds support for a (feature flagged) elastic easing interpolator option. Needs a new icon and potentially some more UX to pick parameters under the string input field with the icon delineated parameters. Currently only works in the timeline but it could be used on StateMachine Transitions too. Diffs= 92c8f1164 Elastic easing (#6143)
