Initial alpha build nuget offline package.

ILEusionStd Offline Nuget package attached.

To use ILEusionStd.DLL, start a new C# console project and then use the offline Nuget package to load the ILEusionStd.DLL to your project.

Sample C# program attached to exercise CL commands and SQL queries. Open this C# program in notepad or view it online and then copy/paste relevant parts into your sample console application.

Don't forget to set the service URL to connect to your ILEusion server instance.
