This allows us to test bundles from the pull-request pipeline as normal, but the push pipeline sets the prod registry registry.redhat.io

cc @lihongyan1 does that work for QE?

Works for QE, no change for bundle's testing from pull-request, will try to perform testing of bundle from 'push" pipeline when it's available.

Just verified with bundle image generated by pull-request, no issue
