• Added the vanilla fetcher script for scenarios where there is an existing worker
• Conditional registration of the in built worker - conditional to a pre existing service worker
• Added property to be set as Boolean true for the element to register the worker
• Moved away from having a php end point to the Polymer Web Tool

CDN end point removal to bypass css imports

Bypass the need to use the font awesome CDN because

• It Uses @import statements which can not be shimmed by Polymer into the element's shadow tree
