This makes it work... post doesn't work. BLARGH. Many bothans died over 3 hours to bring us this realization.

@anurag - created the salesforce-developers branch for the gem which we will use to talk to salesforce developer site using oauth (I am following similar methodology that we had followed for salesforce-partners). This code should not be merged downto master. This PR is just for the review and not to merge the code
