General fixes
- Rangers appear as chaos members again, hopefully negating the remaining targets counter the scps have
- Fixed possible exploit jumping over the side of the shooting range in the new area
- Clients should sync with each other properly on the shooting range
More 049 support
- The default location of the shooting range has been changed to interfere with natural gameplay as little as possible
- Scp 049 can revive people even if they are in the shooting range
Inventory configuration (with customitem support)
You can now configure the inventory of a ranger, with custom item support. See new config for details
Bench n stuff
A workbench has been added near the back of the shooting range to allow players to change attachments more easily.

Bounds issues
Default bounds have been adjusted to account for possible exploits
Now awesome
- Range now uses primitives to create boundaries that stop players from exiting.
- The range's location is now fully configurable, with the default location being next to the escape like it was before
- Inventory for people on the range can also be changed
- Option to force spectators to teleport to the range upon death (this is adjusted for people killed by 049)
- Most of the code has been rewritten

Player.Role moment
Command .range works correctly now.
5.0 + permissions
Now uses .range permission, and everything has been updated to exiled 5.0. NOT TESTED
Respawn Fix
Everyone in the range will respawn automatically as intended.
Ebic rework
Reworked the code and introduced custom ranges, which you can specify in the config file. PRE RELEASE, MAY HAVE BUGS
