You will also need to increase your HP, SP and AP up to level 260 like this commit. #8006

Splitting would require more adjustments. For example on the setting
https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/master/conf/battle/homunc.conf#L53

The max level for each job is capped in job_exp.yml anyway, revert this.

Currently the official level is 260/55 if you did a 300/150 it is not official, so it should not be posted and commented here.
