Através do comando "pip freeze > requirements.txt" é possível colocar todas as dependências necessárias para a execução do código no arquivo descrito, se caso alguém quiser baixar todos de uma vez, só precisa executar o comando "pip install -r requirements.txt".
O arquivo .gitignore contém o "venv/", nome usualmente dado para a pasta de arquivos de ambiente que é possível ser criado com o comando "python -m venv venv", para utilizar o ambiente através do terminal, basta executar o "venv\scripts\activate".
