Ported to ripple-lib RippleAPI (the only API in ripple-lib since 0.13.0).
It works almost completely the same as previous versions with the following exceptions:
- Removed offline functionality.
- Added a feature which allows creating wallet files using a regular key (as opposed to master key).
- Internationalization is not working (user interface only available in English).
Known issue: the default trading pair in Trading > Advanced is not working. Users must add pairs manually themselves.
