q2cli 0.0.2: interface improvements (alpha)

We're pleased to announce the release of q2cli 0.0.2. q2cli is a QIIME 2 command line interface; see here for more details about QIIME 2. This is an alpha release with several interface usability enhancements; see CHANGELOG.md for details. As q2cli is still in alpha, major backwards-incompatible changes are expected to happen.
